This report analyses a few aspects in reference to the importance of innovation and development, instructing employees, adapting to the existent technologies and the online environment. 104 respondents have participated at this study between April the 8th and the 22nd 2016. They were given 19 questions. The case study was developed at a local level, the participants representing companies from Bihor county and around. The principle sections of the rapport are innovation and development, business ethics, professional development of the employees, digital productivity and digital identity/digital commerce.

In Romania, the morbidity and the mortality due to the cardio-vascular causes represent an important spot. The acetylsalicylic acid used in the cardiovascular therapy represents one of the most frequent ways used to prevent the heart attack. This research studied the pharmaceutical market in Romania with the intent to understand current trends related to the production and usage of acetylsalicylic acid.

The study points towards elements which are about the perspectives of innovation in the Romanian production of drugs such as the importance of factors in the success of a pharmacy, the level of modernization and the level of technical endowment but also the modality of selection of the product which is suitable for the patient and the rationality behind the acquisition of a new product.
